All Stars targets building character to prevent high-risk behaviors
in youth and teens. Through local organizations,
All Stars promotes the development of positive personal
characteristics. It is designed to support and motivate young people
to avoid drug use and high-risk behaviors; reduce the use of gateway
drugs—alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, and inhalants; develop meaningful
relationships with each other and institutions that serve them; and
motivate them to develop positive characters and
lifestyles.
